Music plays a huge role for me when I’m exercising. First, it gets me in the mood, then it motivates me to train harder, and it gives me the energy to follow all the way through. I actually find it difficult to train without music…instead, I’ll hear myself pant, which just really puts me off and makes it harder to finish. Really thankful for these talented artists that put out good stuff to ease my training!
