The years don’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon and looking back, it almost feels crazy to fathom how much we accomplished at Zanita Studio this year from the boundless collaborations and editorials we shot to launching our journey of becoming a full-on creative studio - even hiring our first employee. The benchmark is high and there’s going to be much to beat in the coming year. But as we stroll down memory lane and marinate on the successes and wins that surfaced, we couldn’t be happier knowing we have your love and support - with that, we’re driven to make this upcoming one even better. Join us as we look back at the most exciting things that happened in 2015!

January
Felt like one of the luckiest girls in the entire universe as Zanita took the cover of Lucky Magazine with two other fashion blogging pioneers. (Seriously a proud moment!! *Tears*) Then, there was Zanita’s nomination as Rising Star of the Year at the 2015 Stylight Awards. And finally, another magazine feature in Elle, shot by the amazing Daniella Rech. We couldn’t be happier for such a strong start in 2015.
February
February marked the beginning of many fashion weeks, which is always hectic and full of fun projects. The month started with Zanita styling, shooting, and editing an advertorial for Australian department store, David Jones. Then, we got another magazine highlight: Zanita’s New York Fashion Week contribution to Vogue China. And ended the month with this striking Ralph Lauren editorial on the streets of New York with the beautiful Nicole Warne.
March
March slowed down just enough to allow us to get some travels in and develop our in-depth How to Create a Gorgeous Photoshoot course. And yet again, another prestigious magazine feature regarding digital influencers at Who Magazine.
April
In April, Zanita got the chance to jet off to Dallas for a Reward Style conference as well as connect with several admirable bloggers and attend some cool events hosted by River Island and Matches Fashion. Speaking of bloggers, Zanita also had the opportunity to shoot digital babe, Irina for Mulberry.
May
Noteworthy in May were the travels to Hong Kong and London (we love Summer), but also the editorial on power dressing for UK Label Reiss - photographed, styled, and shot by Zanita, with Gustav’s help, and also Sara as co-model.
June
Half way through the year already…and that commenced Fashion Bloggers Season 2, which we all know features our very own Zanita. And then the fun, themed 60s editorial spotlighting Zanita. Lastly, our favorite - Father’s Day collaboration with Hugo Boss (Dads truly are the best).
July
Lots more travel as we went into July, but we’re shining the spotlight on this editorial shot in the desert of Dubai. Who would have known such parched land could make a beautiful, lust worthy backdrop. The golden light - ahhhh-mazing!
August
August started picking up the pace again and Zanita was selected as a Finder for Myer - premium retailer in Australia. Must go back and review those beautiful shots, full of boundless energy and creativity. In this month, Zanita also shot an editorial for emerging label We Are Kindred - really epitomizing the sunny life. Then, she was featured in one of many Topshop AU campaigns (other Topshop collaborations here and here, fashion week here).
September
There came another round of fashion month - crunch time was on. Zanita started off the monthy by hopping on a social campaign with Harrods in Istanbul, Turkey. Then, she shared some insight on what it’s like to be a fashion mogul in a circle of non-fashionistas in the Westfield campaign. As fashion month came into full swing, Zanita became the official content contributor for Matches Fashion during the SS16 fashion shows. While dashing here and there, we shot beautiful rooftop editorials and best for last, Zanita.com was nominated for “Best Life Improvement Blog” at the 2015 Bloglovin’ Awards (celebrated in her surprisingly chic outfit).
October
In October, we finished off the last of fashion month(s). Zanita shot another fascinating editorial of Nicole Warne, this time for Hugo Boss. And here’s one final snap of a favorite as the fashion shows come to a close.
November
Time dwindled down quickly and we went through more breathtaking photoshoots for the sake of creativity and others for editorial purposes (Hello Glue Store for Elle AU). Then, we finished off November with these surreal shots for Giorgio Armani - Si (Si to living your dreams).
December
We’re in the final run…beginning with Fashion Bloggers nomination for the TV Week Logie award. We also got to participate in some fun campaigns for brands we love like Nine West, Michael Kors, and Mambo. Even more exciting were these dreamy, alluring shots for the esteemed Avenue 32 (interview here). And finally, ending the year STRONG with our last magazine feature - Zanita’s guest edit with Glamour Magazine.
