That being said, it can also be overwhelming meandering through unfamiliar territory so we’ve done the deep dive to help navigate you through your next dream destination, starting with London.
Oh dear London, home to some of the world’s most influential tastemakers - Hello Tom Ford, Victoria Beckham, Nicholas Kirkwood, Kate Moss, and Alexa Chung to name a few - and it’s easy to see why the city charms. From the streetstyle to its unparalleled arts culture, diverse cuisine, and the native red telephone boxes, there’s much to see and do, but here’s a start…
Gordon’s Wine Bar
Wonderful atmosphere and perfect for groups because you can get whole wine bottles at reasonable prices and they have a HUGE selection. Extra bonus points - the charcuterie and cheese plates are generous.
La Bodega Negra
This place is perfect to go to before or after a broadway show - the food is amazing and it’s got an LA vibe. The tacos are not to be missed and you must try the tres leches for dessert.
Yauatcha
Fun Fact - London happens to host one of the world’s largest Chinese New Years outside of Asia. That means you must experience gourmet dim sum at Yauatcha.

The perfect place for a memorable winter experience - skate in style at one of the most beautiful rinks you’ll ever see.
Shop at Harrod’s
For a first-class shopping experience, check out the luxurious Harrod’s (especially our fellow fashionistas) even for the sake of window shopping. And if you find everything to be a tad too expensive, delight in the delicacies at its exquisite in-house bakery.
Notting Hill
An obvious must-see if this is your first trip to London. The never-ending rows of pastel-colored buildings will easily have you in awe.
Victoria & Albert Museum
An architectural dream itself, this is the place to visit if you’re in the need of a creative revival. The high ceilings, regal arches and interior decor won’t disappoint.

Cathay Pacific has five daily flights from Hong Kong to London Heathrow Airport. Beginning September 2016, it will add four more weekly flights to Gatwick Airport, which becomes a total of 39 flights per week from Hong Kong to London.
It will take just over 26 hours to get you from Sydney to London with Cathay Pacific, including layover times in Hong Kong. The return flight can get you back to Sydney in 22 hours.
