There’s fewer events on the Australian fashion scene larger than the Spring Racing Carnival.
For those of you who don’t know, the carnival is a series of Horse Racing events and the absolute best opportunity all year to dress up fancy like. Your typical race attire would be something along the lines of a body-con dress and scary ‘fascinator’. The most interesting styles those who take risks and bend the rules. I really try to beat to my own drum during race season, preferring to go with more unexpected outfit choices - like the two piece suit or a straw hat.
