I can’t help but be inspired by the delicate beauty of Carolina Herrera SS16.
Perhaps it’s that all those delicate pink tones really compliment my style of editing. By contrast, I would say that pink is perhaps my least favourite colour to wear mostly due to ‘Barbie fear’, looking like a parody of myself of some sort. Pink works though, and more and more I’m beginning to see the power in the hue.
So now I’m dreaming of a delicate pink and hazy editorial, perhaps in a romantic looking yellow cottage or an orchard. A couple in love, pastel tones on both of the pair. Smiles and flowers - along with some kind of love story! And I’d certainly love to cast red haired beauty Anastasia Ivanova… perhaps alongside someone with a contrasting look like Adonis Bosso. Romance!
