Well well well, who’s been a busy girl then?
Do you ever look at a picture and wonder how it is that the photographer got that shot? Maybe its just me - but I’m often looking at photos trying to decipher what went on behind the scenes, how many lights and assistants were staring down the model.
Truth is, sometimes it’s simpler than it seems.
My new course is here to pull down the curtains of what it takes to create fashion editorial images, with this photoshoot snapped on the beach in Sydney as your reference point.
The chapters go from start to finish - covering the creation of the idea, the styling, using references, giving the model direction, editing down the imagery - and even the photoshop techniques used, including how you can save and use the same unique filter in your own work. You truly don’t need a whole lot of fancy equipment and designer pieces to create something wonderful - maybe just some ambition and a floaty dress or some vintage denim.
