So here’s me blabbing away about how I got to this point - some of you have probably heard this story a bunch of times before so apologies for that! I get a lot of questions about how I started and what brought me to this point - the real truth is that there’s no overnight success in my Fashion Blogger story, I had to learn along the way and grow gradually - and worked hard to deserve my success.
One thing I should note - I mentioned in the video that magazines don’t get to dictate their advertorials as much as bloggers which isn’t entirely true at all, most magazines control the way advertorials are run in their pages, I’ve just worked (modelled) with some who haven’t had those choices - you gotta make ends meet! Sometimes there’s a fine line between advertorial and advertising and that’s what I should have stated instead. Was kind of thinking one way and expressed it incorrectly! My bad.
