I had so much fun taking these pictures. Really - like the time of my life - which was pretty obvious the way I was skipping and ducking around the place to catch the right angle of the right person in the right light. I use a fixed lens so fast footwork is essentiel - and quick thinking… also a little bit of ruthlessness! Brushing through the crowds of fellow street style photographers hell bent on getting that perfect shot. It’s challenging - also because I can’t exactly shout out “Hey Oksana An, lift your chin slightly to the light and give an intense expression like you’re pondering life’s great mysteries!! Great! Thanks!”. I really only went to about 4-5 shows to snap streetstyle so I’ve only got a couple of posts to share. Hopefully next season someone will enlist me to do this properly 😉
